"Since Tammy is in WA, and I am in NC, she and I worked together via Skype. This worked beautifully. RideFit doesn't take a lot of your time, but it does give you a great deal to work on. Tammy teaches you to become more aware of your whole body. I was able to notice small asymmetries or stiffness creeping in while I was riding and make subtle adjustments.
